At Koshé, we believe your accessories should last as long as the memories you make wearing them. That’s why every piece from our Silver and Gold-Plated Collection comes with a Lifetime Warranty — because timeless jewellery deserves timeless care.

Scope of Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Tarnishing or discoloration on eligible silver and gold-plated pieces.

  • Fading of plating due to manufacturing issues.

This warranty ensures your jewellery continues to shine and feel as good as new — even years later.

Warranty Resolution

Time from Delivery Resolution
0–6 months Replacement of the item
6–9 months 50% of invoice value credited as Koshé Wallet balance (valid for 6 months)
9–12 months 25% of invoice value credited as Koshé Wallet balance (valid for 6 months)
Beyond 12 months 15% of invoice value credited as Koshé Wallet balance (valid for 6 months)


Your Koshé Wallet can be used for online purchases at any time within the validity period. Please note, wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What’s Not Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage

  • Mishandling or improper storage

  • Loss of stones, crystals, or decorative elements

  • Alterations or repairs done by third parties

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery

For Gold-Plated & Silver Accessories

Your warranty also includes repolishing or re-plating services (when applicable), so your favourite Koshé pieces keep their original lustre.

📩 How to Raise a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, just follow these quick steps:

If you’re near a Koshé partner store:

  1. Visit with your product and original invoice (digital or printed).

  2. Our team will guide you through the inspection and warranty process.

If you’re ordering remotely:

  1. Take a clear photo of the affected item showing the issue.

  2. Email us at hello.koshe@gmail.com  with:

    • Subject: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”

    • Short description of the issue

    • Photo proof of the product

Once approved, we’ll share the return address and simple self-shipping instructions.
