Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Koshé piece you receive. If something doesn’t feel just right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and transparent return & exchange process.


Return Eligibility

You can raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Items that don’t match what you ordered


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • You have an unboxing video (from the moment you open the sealed package).

This helps us verify any missing or damaged items and process your request smoothly.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Return & Exchange page on the Koshe.co.in website.

  2. Enter your Order ID and Registered Contact Number.

  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange.

  4. Upload clear images of the product and provide a brief reason for return/exchange.

  5. Add your pickup address and preferred date.

  6. Submit the request — our team will take care of the rest.


Refunds

Once your returned item passes quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

If your product was bought during a Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offer, refunds may be provided as Koshé Wallet credits that can be used for your next purchase.


Exchange Policy (Valid within 7 Days of Delivery)

Issue Resolution
Damaged / Defective Item Exchange with the same item
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the correct product
Size / Style Issue Exchange for the same variant or closest available option

If the exact piece isn’t available, we’ll help you find the next best match or process a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery

  • Sale / clearance items marked as final sale on the product page
